Each blend is created by hand following family recipes carefully preserved from handwritten herbal notes passed down through generations. The teas are made only from dried plants with no additives or flavourings. Every mix is designed to support the body in a natural way, helping with sleep, digestion, immunity and overall wellbeing.
Q2: Are your teas organic?
Our teas are made from plants that are naturally grown and carefully dried without additives or flavourings. We currently do not hold organic certification, but we are exploring certification options for the future.
Q3: How should I store teas after purchase?
Keep your tea in a cool and dry place away from sunlight and moisture. Once opened, close the pouch tightly or transfer the tea into an airtight container to keep its natural aroma and freshness.
Q4: How does the IVA PLANTS Loyalty Card work?
You receive one stamp for each purchase, whether made online or in person. After collecting ten stamps, you can choose one free pack of tea from the blends available at that moment.
Q5: Can I use my Loyalty Card for online orders?
Yes. If you already have a physical card, please mention it in the order notes or contact us by email.
Q6: What if my Loyalty Card is lost or damaged?
Physical cards cannot be replaced, but you can keep your progress by creating an account on our website. Please email us at support@yellowgreen-jaguar-358177.hostingersite.com with your details, and we will add your existing stamps to your online account.

I first came across IVA Plants and Alex their founder at my local monthly Artisan market and decided to try the Sleep Well tea and the Rose Garden Tea. I was very impressed with the lovely aroma and the quality of the ingredients. There is an online shop but I thought I would head down to the market again to stock up. This time I bought dried Chamomile flowers, Rose buds and a Houjicha roasted greentea that she suggested for me as it is lower in caffeine. I would highly recommend all of the purchases I have made.
