I first came across IVA Plants and Alex their founder at my local monthly Artisan market and decided to try the Sleep Well tea and the Rose Garden Tea. I was very impressed with the lovely aroma and the quality of the ingredients. There is an online shop but I thought I would head down to the market again to stock up. This time I bought dried Chamomile flowers, Rose buds and a Houjicha roasted greentea that she suggested for me as it is lower in caffeine. I would highly recommend all of the purchases I have made.

I bought this Sleep Well Tea when these guys were in Woking on the 12th of April, and this is the best tea ever, i take a cup of this amazing tea before i go to bed and i sleep like a baby.i was looking for a great tea to help me sleep. Very high quality blend of tea. The elderberries were large and well preserved with great flavour, and the floral notes of the lavender and chamomile complimented the flavour profile. I used it both on its own as a decaffeinated evening tea and also added it to black tea to give a boost of freshness. Excellent and friendly customer service. Quick delivery and very well packaged. 10/10

The quality of this tea is outstanding. It really is the best nettle tea I’ve tried, and I highly recommend it. I find most nettle tea to be quite weak, but this one is strong with a great flavour. I’ll definitely be ordering some more and can’t wait to try some of the other teas.

It can be a mission to find high quality herbal teas these days but IVA Plants exceeded my expectations. I ordered the sample box as I wanted to try the unique tea blends. 'Vitamin Boost' tea blend is my personal favorite amongst the blends - it smells and tastes like pure joy. Nettle tea is an absolute winner in my view - unexpectedly rich flavor, something slightly citrussy, even fruity about it. Love it! Highly recommend <3

I hadn’t been sleeping great and I thought I would treat myself to some REAL all natural chamomile tea. HONESTLY wow. Not only does that tea come in lovely natural packaging, but the quality of the product was the best I ever had. I could genuinely taste the notes of honey and apple in the tea. Was delish! And yup, it really has given me a more natural sleep.

I’ve been something to assist in calming, so I tried the valerian root, lavender and camomile blend. This tea has aided in all that and is delicious to drink and very much highly recommended.

I love IVA PLANTS! I have tried the vitamin boost tea and the immunity support tea, and it’s very rare to get a herbal tea that’s SO good for you AND tastes amazing!! I was feeling a little sick one morning, so had a cup of my favourite (vitamin boost tea) and instantly felt better and was able to get in for work. If you’re all about treating your body right, this is a must have in your routine!

We’ve recently been drinking four of Iva Plants teas - Chamomile, Nettle, Immune Boost and Bright Splash. Each one has great rich deep flavour and the Chamomile is the best I’ve had anywhere. The Nettle tea surprised me with it’s fabulous taste. My wife especially liked the Bright Splash tea for its lovely colour and taste. I didn’t think I’d like the nettle tea but it has a deep almost anise flavour which is really enjoyable. The packaging is also excellent as it’s mostly paper which can be composted and not thrown in the bin.
