Easy to cook sun-kissed tomato bruschetta with fresh basil

Ingredients:

  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 4 large tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
  2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and lightly toast them in the oven for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spoon the tomato and basil mixture onto the toasted baguette slices. Serve immediately.
