IVA Plants made its debut at OM Yoga Show 2024, one of London’s most prominent wellness and lifestyle events at Alexandra Palace. This event marked a significant milestone for IVA Plants, a UK-based herbal tea brand specialising in natural, wellness-focused teas.
When we committed to participating, we were new to direct sales and in-person markets (though we gained hands-on experience during the summer and autumn leading up to the show).
The OM Yoga Show, featuring segments like OM Yoga Show, Mind Body Soul Experience, and Vegan Life Live, gathered wellness brands and enthusiasts under one roof at Alexandra Palace. Positioned within the OM Yoga Show section, we had the chance to connect with other natural tea brands, entrepreneurs, and wellness advocates. This experience allowed us to share our passion for high-quality herbal teas, and we valued the meaningful connections made during the show.
Saturday saw the event’s peak in visitor numbers, creating an energetic atmosphere. While our stand’s location limited our visibility to some visitors, this was a valuable insight for us. We now know the importance of selecting an optimal stand size and location to accommodate guests comfortably at future events.
Now, we’re preparing for the 2024 Christmas markets in the UK, sharing our wellness tea blends as festive gifts. We’re still considering a return to OM Yoga Show London in 2025. This debut experience has equipped us with insights to refine our approach at future UK wellness events.

I first came across IVA Plants and Alex their founder at my local monthly Artisan market and decided to try the Sleep Well tea and the Rose Garden Tea. I was very impressed with the lovely aroma and the quality of the ingredients. There is an online shop but I thought I would head down to the market again to stock up. This time I bought dried Chamomile flowers, Rose buds and a Houjicha roasted greentea that she suggested for me as it is lower in caffeine. I would highly recommend all of the purchases I have made.
