Description
For centuries, the stinging nettle plant (Urtica dioica) has quietly held significance in remedies, offering health benefits. Despite its notorious stinging hairs, the leaves are the heart of nettle tea.
Beyond the initial sting, nettle leaves boast nutrient-rich goodness with essential vitamins (A, C, and K) and minerals (iron, calcium, and magnesium).
This ancient infusion is a testament to nature’s resilience. Stinging nettle leaves, beyond their health guardianship, emerge as sources of comfort and well-being throughout time.
Brewing Guidelines:
Infusion temperature: 95 °C
Steeping time: 5-8 minutes
Quantity: Use 1 teaspoon per 300ml

The quality of this tea is outstanding. It really is the best nettle tea I’ve tried, and I highly recommend it. I find most nettle tea to be quite weak, but this one is strong with a great flavour. I’ll definitely be ordering some more and can’t wait to try some of the other teas.
