Connecting with customers across UK markets: IVA Plants’ 2024 season recap

The summer and autumn of 2024 were truly memorable for IVA Plants, marked by vibrant market experiences and warm welcomes across renowned UK events. These markets allowed us to connect with customers who share our passion for high-quality herbal, green Japanese and black Ceylon teas.

Our journey began with Duck Pond Market in Richmond (Heron Square), our first collaboration with Duck Pond, where we were met with an enthusiastic reception.

At Duck Pond Market at Chiswick House & Gardens, we enjoyed the picturesque setting and lively atmosphere, meeting local small businesses and exchanging invaluable advice. We eagerly anticipate returning for the Duck Pond Christmas markets here in Chiswick.

Duck Pond Market at Ruislip Manor Farm provided another fantastic experience, where we look forward to joining again for autumn and winter events.

At The Food Market Chiswick, we spent the summer and early autumn among friendly organisers, fellow small businesses, and a growing base of loyal customers who returned for our herbal teas.

Brook Green Market at Addison Primary School was another highlight, where we introduced new customers to the benefits of whole-leaf teas and connected with returning visitors who provided wonderful feedback.

Meads Makers Market in Meads Village, Eastbourne brought a unique atmosphere with warm organisers and talented artisans. This was our first experience further afield, and we’re thrilled to be returning for the Eastbourne Christmas market.

Finally, Crocus at Dorney offered a cosy autumn setting to engage new faces and share our brand’s story of natural, quality teas.

Each of these markets brought something unique, and the support of organisers, artisans, and customers made this season unforgettable.
Thank you to everyone who visited our stall, sampled our teas, and joined our growing community of whole-leaf tea enthusiasts!
